I purchased 2 Dyson V12 vacuum cleaners from the Dyson Turkey Store on December 22, 2022. Both vacuum cleaners are under warranty until December 27, 2024. The furniture adapter part of one of the vacuum cleaners malfunctioned, and I contacted the technical service in September 2023. An email was sent to me on September 30, 2023, stating that my order would be delivered within 1-3 business days. However, despite numerous attempts to contact them in the past 3 months, the product has not been delivered to me, citing the unavailability of the item in stock. As for my other device, the dustbin was damaged, and I contacted them in early December. In an email sent to me on December 5, 2023, it was stated that the item would be delivered within 1-3 business days. However, once again, no delivery was made. While I can still use the first device without the spare part, it is impossible for me to use my second device without the dustbin. Despite repeatedly reporting this issue, no spare part has been sent to me. The product has been unusable for approximately 1 month, and if the spare parts are not sent promptly, I request a replacement for my product with a new one. I had previously experienced the dustbin issue with my first device, and many users are facing similar problems. As a consumer, I am currently unable to use the vacuum cleaners I purchased at a substantial cost due to a defect in the product. I request the urgent delivery of spare parts or the replacement of my vacuum cleaner with a new one due to the product's defect.
