Dyson Aftersales Fails to Support Product, Denies Spare Part for Under 5-Year Device

The brand that does not stand behind the product, cannot supply the spare part of the product that has not completed 5 years, and instead solvingh the problem of its customers by saying that if you only return the product with a damaged head, we will send it to recycling and give you a 20% discount coupon. I think it should be a joke for a brand that says you can use it for a lifetime when selling it. When I told the customer service that I couldn't use the product totally, I see they have strategies to keep their customers busy with nonsense like we will let you know if they are in stock, leave a record for the spare part, which I learned later that it was out of stock for years. I'm sure their global strategy is not the same as in our country,Turkey. I am writing this global complaint to say that quality is not only about making the product, it is necessary to manage the after-sales with the right people in the right way everywhere in the world.
