Dyson Whatsapp Call Center Failure



I haven’t been able to communicate properly with Dyson’s WhatsApp call center for the past three days. The AI-powered messaging platform is so time-wasting that it’s impossible to reach a human representative. What’s more frustrating is that there’s no option to bypass the chatbot and speak directly to someone. Then, after you give up and leave the chat, it keeps sending you notifications throughout the day asking to resume the conversation. When you try again, it asks for all your information from scratch, and then makes you wait a long time to connect with a representative. It feels like being stuck in an endless loop. As of now, I still haven’t been able to complete the necessary process for the vacuum cleaner head.

I was called only once! But you are really good at bothering people multiple times on WhatsApp through your software. If your real intention was resolution and customer satisfaction, you could have contacted me via my email address, which has existed and has not changed for years. You even make the customer give you the hint.
