Dyson Head Malfunction and Inability to Reach Customer Service

The head of my Dyson vacuum cleaner broke down in its 25th month, and I’ve been trying to reach customer support via WhatsApp. I sent a message at 9 a.m., but didn’t get a response until 1:40 p.m., by which time I was at work and didn’t have the vacuum with me. This delay makes the support process extremely inconvenient for customers who have jobs. Despite being a well-known brand, Dyson’s after-sales service is far from what I expected. Naturally, they told me to contact them again when I’m with the vacuum. It’s ridiculous. During a previous video call attempt, the connection suddenly ended for no reason, and afterward, I didn’t receive any new link or response.
