Dyson V8 Absolute Battery Draining Fast - Lasting Only Minutes
I purchased the Dyson V8 Absolute in August 2024, and since the first day, its battery has lasted no more than 30 minutes. When I switch it to MAX mode, the battery lasts for only 1 minute. I am absolutely not satisfied with the product. Due to my busy schedule, I couldn’t file a complaint earlier, but I have been experiencing this issue for a long time. We bought this product especially because we have a baby and wanted easier cleaning, but the battery performance has not met our expectations at all. The vacuum becomes unusable because the charge runs out so quickly. I am requesting an urgent solution. I kindly ask for the product to be inspected and, if necessary, for a replacement or refund process to be initiated.
