Dyson V12 Absolute: Faulty "Empty Dustbin" Alert, Poor Customer Service

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Dyson V12 Absolute vacuum cleaner. I purchased the vacuum cleaner from Dyson's official website on October 30, 2023.

After using it for a few minutes, I started getting the "Empty Dustbin" alert, even though the filters and dustbin were clean. I contacted Dyson customer service multiple times, but they were unable to resolve the issue.

I am very disappointed with Dyson's customer service. I am a loyal Dyson customer and I have previously used the V8 model without any problems.

I am requesting that Dyson replace or repair my V12 Absolute vacuum cleaner.
