Dyson V8 Battery Blues! Max Mode Fails After 10 Months

Hello, I purchased the Dyson V8 model on May 5, 2023. Before the 1-year mark, I noticed that I can only use it for 1.45 seconds in max mode and about 15 minutes in powerful mode. On the website and in the user manual, it was stated that I should be able to use the max mode for up to 7 minutes and the powerful mode for up to 40 minutes. I have tried reaching out for support via WhatsApp and email, but whenever I call the phone number provided, I'm redirected to WhatsApp, and when I email, I receive no response. It's really surprising and disappointing that I can't seem to get in touch with Dyson, especially for such a reputable brand. I'm hoping to get assistance to resolve this issue. Best regards.
