I purchased a Dyson 15 vacuum cleaner on 16.05.2023 with the promise that it would be a long-lasting product, but in a short time both the suction power dropped significantly and its physical condition deteriorated to the state seen in the photos. Although these problems started while the device was still under warranty, I unfortunately did not realize that the warranty period had expired and I only contacted you today. There are three problematic parts on the vacuum cleaner as shown in the photos, and there is also a serious loss of suction power. The piece on the vacuum head came off on its own and would not sit back in place, so I temporarily fixed it by screwing it in. After a while, even that solution did not hold. I have been told that if I had not screwed it in and had sent it that way, I could have received support, but I acted in good faith and did not want to bother anyone over a simple screw. Now I am being told that no support can be given for either the problematic parts or the suction issue. After paying this much money and buying a product sold as “lifetime”, I am truly surprised and disappointed to encounter such a process. I had heard that even when the warranty period ended, Dyson would not let its customers down, but I realize that I was mistaken. If I had known that a device would reach this condition in about 2.5 years, I could have bought two vacuum cleaners from another brand instead, whose devices I have been using flawlessly for 13 years. Despite the warranty period having just expired, I request that my Dyson 15 vacuum cleaner, which has lost suction power and has three problematic parts as seen in the photos, be replaced with a new device as a gesture of customer satisfaction and that I not be victimized because of this situation.
