Dyson V15 Battery Problem

I purchased a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner from the Hilltown shopping mall in İzmir, Turkey. The device is still within the warranty period, and I have the relevant documents and invoice. However, on 21.02.2026 the battery suddenly stopped charging and the device became unusable. Due to this problem, I contacted Dyson/the store, explained that the battery was no longer charging, and they replaced it with a new one. Although they changed it, I am disappointed that such an expensive product had a serious battery issue within the warranty period. I request that my product be checked in detail so that this problem does not recur, and that, if necessary, the battery and related parts be thoroughly tested or replaced under warranty. I also expect clear information in writing about what has been done to the device and assurance that I will not experience the same problem again.

My Dyson V15 cordless vacuum had a battery problem; a new battery was sent from the store, but the device still won't charge. It was sent to technical service, and I haven't received any response yet.
