Dyson V15 Battery Failed After 3.5 Years With No Warning

I bought my Dyson V15 cordless vacuum cleaner on 30.06.2023 because it was advertised and recommended as a long-lasting, durable product. Until recently, I used it normally and took care of it, but after the last time the battery ran out, the device suddenly stopped charging and no longer charges at all. When I contacted Dyson, I was told that since the warranty expired about 7 months ago, they would not provide a free replacement and that I would have to cover the battery cost myself. I find it very disappointing that a product I specifically chose for its supposed long battery life and durability has a battery failure after about three and a half years of normal home use, and that the brand does not show any goodwill on such a critical and costly part. I request that Dyson provide a free battery replacement for my Dyson V15, or another equivalent solution that does not put an extra cost burden on me, and that they review this situation within the scope of customer satisfaction and the expected lifetime of the product.
