Dyson V15 Battery Failure After Warranty and No Replacement Available

My Dyson V15, like many others, suddenly stopped working right after the warranty expired. The device shows no signs of life—no lights, screen, or response. When I contacted Dyson customer service, they informed me that the battery had failed and needed to be replaced. However, since the warranty had expired, they said I would have to purchase a new battery myself. To make matters worse, they stated that the battery is not even in stock.

It is unacceptable for such an expensive product to have its battery fail suddenly without any prior warning, such as reduced runtime. The inability to provide a replacement battery, even for a fee, is another disappointment. I have done nothing wrong other than using your product as intended.

According to Turkish laws, you are required to maintain stock of replacement parts for electronic products. I request Dyson to urgently resolve this issue and provide a solution until the necessary part is available. Your lack of preparation and support is deeply frustrating. Please take immediate action to address this problem.
