Dyson V12 Warranty Claim Ignored – Still Waiting for Replacement Part

The tube of my Dyson V12 vacuum broke on August 1, 2025, and I sent the product to the service center under warranty. It’s been nearly four months since then, and despite calling the service center every day, I keep getting the same response: “out of stock.” No solution has been provided — I haven’t received any follow-up, update, or alternative option.
Previously, when I had an issue with the main body of the vacuum, it was resolved quickly, but this time I’ve received no support or attention at all.
My service request number is 39225674. Although the product is still under warranty, there’s been no progress in sourcing the replacement part, and customer service has not provided any information or timeframe.
I request that my issue be resolved immediately — either by sending the replacement tube as soon as possible or, if the part is unavailable, by processing a full refund for the product.
