I’ve been using my Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner, and as soon as the warranty expired, the product started to malfunction. The carpet motor bar head melted, which is clearly not due to user error. However, Dyson refused to cover the issue because the warranty has ended.

They initially claimed I had the right to receive three replacement parts during the product's lifetime, but now they say they can’t provide any parts. Instead, they offered a new product at a price comparable to the original.

After paying a significant amount for the vacuum, I expected it to last for a reasonable time. Instead, it began having issues right after the warranty ended. I feel let down by Dyson and demand a fair resolution to this matter.
