Dyson Vacuum Head Malfunctions Twice in One Year, Poor Customer Support

I’ve had constant issues with the Dyson vacuum cleaner head, particularly with the part for cleaning carpets. Within a year, I experienced the same problem twice with the wheel section breaking. I bought the vacuum under the promise of an unlimited warranty, but the replacement parts took months to arrive. When they finally did, the same issue happened again with the wheel. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissed my concerns without offering a real solution. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of support from Dyson. I request immediate action to resolve this issue and repair or replace the malfunctioning part.
