Dyson V15 Product Stock Problem


I was planning to purchase the Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute, so I visited Dyson’s official website to get more details. I attempted to reach out via WhatsApp live support during the listed working hours, but I never received a response. Frustrated, I tried the live chat on the website, where I was placed as the 15th person in the queue. I waited for four hours, yet no one ever responded.
Thankfully, I hadn’t purchased the vacuum yet. I had seen people complaining about Dyson’s lack of customer support, and now I can confirm it’s true. How can a premium brand fail so badly at assisting potential buyers? If getting basic product information is this difficult, I can only imagine the frustration if I ever needed support after purchasing.
