Dyson Supersonic Nural Missing Accessory — Round Cleaning Attachment Not in the Box

I purchased the Supersonic Nural model from Dyson’s official website about 5 months ago, and the round cleaning attachment that was supposed to come in the box was missing. I learned that this accessory was included only after a friend pointed it out, and when I checked the box again, I realized it was indeed missing.

I have a photo of the barcode on the box. I contacted Dyson customer service via email regarding the missing accessory, but I have not received any response.

I request that the missing attachment be sent to me.
