Dyson Spot+Scrub AI Scratched During First Cleaning After Setup


I purchased a Dyson Spot+Scrub AI robot vacuum cleaner directly from Dyson on 03.06.2026. After setting up the device, I completed the mapping process without any problems and then started the first cleaning. During this first cleaning, the robot got stuck in an area that was not included in the mapping and, as a result, a noticeable scratch occurred on the top cover of the device. This damage appeared on a brand new product, which I bought for ₺60,000, in less than 24 hours, and the device no longer looks new. I immediately contacted Dyson WhatsApp customer support and shared my order number (#910904660545). I stated that it is unacceptable for such a scratch to occur during the first use in an unmapped area and that I am very uncomfortable that a product for which I paid ₺60,000 was damaged in this way. Despite this, I was only told “we have no service” and no solution or support was offered. I do not accept that this situation is considered user error, especially when it occurs during normal use right after the mapping process. I request that the scratched top cover of my Dyson Spot+Scrub AI robot vacuum cleaner be replaced free of charge and that my device be restored to a flawless, like-new condition as on the first day.
