Dyson Big Ball Absolute 2: Floor Head Broke During Normal Use

About 9 months ago, I bought a Dyson Big Ball Absolute 2 corded vacuum cleaner in Turkey through Hepsiburada from Dyson’s official online store. In March 2026, while vacuuming my carpet under completely normal conditions, the main floor head suddenly broke. This clearly indicates a defect in a relatively new and expensive device, and I am genuinely surprised by the material quality from a company like Dyson, as it is very strange that the head would break during normal vacuuming. Following this issue, I contacted Dyson support several times: twice via video call (showing the product and the broken part), once via WhatsApp, and once via e-mail. Each time, I was told that the part is available but that I would have to pay for it, and that this issue is not covered under warranty. I was not given any case number or official reference; instead, I was simply directed to purchase the part from their website at my own expense. For a product of this price level and brand reputation, it is completely unacceptable that a part breaks under normal use in such a short period of time and that no proper solution is offered under warranty. I am formally filing this complaint and I request that Dyson provide the main floor head free of charge under warranty, or offer an equivalent fair solution, so that I can use my vacuum cleaner properly again.
