I purchased a Dyson V16 Submarine vacuum cleaner through Dyson’s official website for ₺53,000. The product was delivered to me on Monday, and when I opened the box I saw that there was a large scratch on the device, which appears to be a factory defect. From the first moment, it was clear that this damage did not occur during my use, as I noticed it immediately after delivery. On Wednesday, I contacted Dyson customer service and requested that the product be exchanged with a new, undamaged one. However, customer service responded that the scratch is “not an obstacle to use” and therefore they would not provide an exchange. I find it unacceptable that a product I paid ₺53,000 for and received as new has a visible scratch and is still not replaced. I kindly request that my Dyson V16 Submarine be replaced with a completely new, undamaged product as soon as possible and that this process be handled without causing me any further loss of time.

Yes, they keep turning a factory defect into a user error. No exchange is being made, and the reason is not an obstacle to usage. I want to receive the brand‑new product I bought in perfect, clean condition. Who would want a scratch on a 0‑km car? I paid 53k. Moreover, the product that should have been invoiced to the company was only invoiced later to me individually when I reminded them about the invoice. I have also applied to the Consumer Courts. I will give it to a lawyer as well. I was sent a defective product. No exchange is being done. I will never purchase anything from you again.
