Dyson V15 Vacuum Replacement Tube is Incompatible with Nozzles
I contacted Dyson customer service about a year ago due to a malfunction with the tube of my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner. The replacement tube sent to replace the faulty tube only fits one nozzle; the headrest in particular is incompatible with the tube, and I can't use it. Similar incompatibilities with other nozzles are also present. They said they would send the original part when it arrived, but no solution has been offered for a year. When I call them, I get a different response, repeated delays, and they tell me, "You'll use it like this," without any resolution. My product is under warranty, and I can also provide the invoice. I paid ₺22,999 with my credit card. I urgently request replacement parts for the original tube. If this is not possible, I want a new replacement. I cannot physically contact the store because there are no authorized stores in the area. I expect my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

Your solution center called but does not provide any solutions. This is a chronic problem in your series, it happens to almost one in three people, and you are sending an incompatible pipe called an alternative pipe, causing people to suffer. This behavior is absolutely not appropriate for a company like yours and is definitely not right. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Court. You cannot victimize so many customers.
