I purchased the Prussia model vacuum cleaner from Hepsiburada via Dyson Türkiye for ₺29,999 on October 31, expecting the correct color as advertised. However, I received the purple-gray version (with gray parts) instead. After significant effort on my part, Dyson admitted the error but provided no resolution other than asking me to return the product, which I did as requested. Following this frustrating experience, I decided to reorder the Gen5 Detect Prussia model directly from Dyson Türkiye on November 7 at 12:23 for ₺33,999, incurring a ₺4,000 loss to ensure I received the correct color. Despite the payment being deducted from my card and receiving a sales contract via email, the product with order number 910900860587 has not been shipped, nor can its current status be confirmed in your system after 7 days. Your call center, which I contacted multiple times via phone, WhatsApp, and email, has repeatedly assured me it is being investigated, testing my patience without providing any updates or solutions. I have now been trying to purchase the correct product for over two weeks, and it is unacceptable that the first item was faulty and the second is unavailable, leaving me wasting my time and effort constantly chasing this issue. I expect this matter to be resolved urgently.

After the product I purchased from their website on November 12 was suspended and canceled due to a system error; I called Dyson again and stubbornly to order for the 3rd time. I said to them, look, there is a problem with your site, I can buy it from your site again, or I can buy it from Hepsiburada, but you have a free-standing unit campaign, is this valid in Hepsiburada, so I will buy it. I spoke for 27 minutes on November 12 at 14:42. They responded with the same answer: Of course, sir, you can also buy from there. Since it is our page (the seller is Dyson Turkey), please call us and when the product arrives, we will register it and send your free unit . And then I was not feel comfortable and I called them once again at 15:18. There is another 4-minute call recording is also available and I said, "Look, you are sure, right? I will order it for the 3rs time accordingly. I asked once again, is there a free standing unit?" Yes, Mr. B***, call us when the product arrives, we will not inconvenience you again, and free-standing unit shipping is available. You can also buy it from Hepsiburada! Then the product arrived today and with still wrong colour (has gray parts again !!!! ) incredible but my victimization not done yet please read !!!! And I called and explained what happened. And told them despite it's gray anti angle headset (big and small ones have gray colour on the contrary of the image that you put on your website ! I said okay I am really tired and dissatisfied with this experience but at least please send my free unit stand as you confirmed 2 times through your call center. They created a record and the response was; Unfortunately, even if you buy from Hepsiburada and despite it'been bought from our page, there is no free-standing unit delivery on Hepsiburada . I said, brother, listen, I've been trying to buy a vacuum cleaner for 16-17 days, down to the hour and minute of the conversation, but you couldn't manage it, at least do this. They said okay again, but then they called and they didn't listen to the conversations, they gave wrong information, we apologize on their behalf, sir! I want this victimization to end very, very urgently.
