Dyson Dropped the Price Right After I Bought the Gen5detect Absolute
On February 13, 2025, I ordered a product called Dyson Gen5detect Absolute Purple Gray from the Dyson Turkey website for ₺31,999 (Order Number: 910901409819). Just one day later, I saw that the price of the same product had dropped to ₺27,999. Although the product was available at a much lower price on many other websites, I chose to order from Dyson Turkey's official website because I trust the brand, but now I feel wronged by their pricing policy. I have not even received the product yet, and I have already expressed my deep dissatisfaction with this price difference to the company via the email address [email protected], requesting a resolution if possible, but I have not received any response so far. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible, and I will provide updates here regarding any developments.
