Dyson Says Users Are Responsible for Dead Batteries
Dyson Cyclone V10 Origin Cordless Vacuum Cleaner - Red. I have been using this product for 1 year. The battery life has not lasted long since I first got it, but recently it started shutting down after only 3 minutes of use. I sent it for service, and they told me that the product’s battery is not covered by the warranty. According to Turkish laws, a product with a 2-year warranty should not be denied warranty service within the first year of use. This is not something a reputable company should do; it’s something only low-quality brands would do. The product stayed in the service center for approximately 10-15 days. I kindly request that our issue be resolved urgently.
