Dyson V10 Vacuum Motor Failure Problem

I purchased a Dyson V10 cordless vacuum cleaner exactly 2 years and 2 months ago. Despite using it for only 1.5 years, it lost its suction power. The technical service, without providing any explanation, insisted on a whopping ₺5750 for a motor replacement, solely focusing on the money. Why? How can the motor of a recently out-of-warranty device malfunction so suddenly? It's ironic that I bought a globally renowned product, only to be shocked by the apparent factory defect and the company's response. If it were still under warranty, I wouldn't have to pay a dime. This leads me to believe that the issue isn't due to my usage. Still baffled.

My Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner's warranty expired just 2 months ago. Despite minimal use, I was told the motor needs to be replaced, costing ₺5750. If the warranty were still valid, there would be no charge. I'm being asked to pay for an issue that isn't my fault, and the cause of the malfunction hasn't been specified. I request either a replacement of the machine with a new one or a full refund. Immediate action is required.
