I purchased all of my products sold by Dyson Turkey with the Dyson guarantee. Three of these are vacuum cleaners, and I had to send the cordless vacuum cleaner I bought from Teknosa to the service center because its battery needed to be replaced. I use Dyson at my summer house, and my usage time is not more than 6 months. The usage time of the brand I trusted does not support the battery life. Dyson was one of my preferred brands because I thought I would use it longer and without problems compared to other brands. However, it is very uncomfortable for me that a product I used for 6 months has a problem, and I am asked to pay for a new battery. The representative I spoke to regarding my problem said that the battery had weakened because I used the vacuum cleaner very little. I don't find this convincing, and if it is true, why is this warning not in the manual? I believe that Dyson, the brand I trusted, will resolve my problem positively.
