Dyson Purifier Noise Issue and Denied In-Store Return

On August 13, 2026, we purchased a Dyson Purifier air purifier from the Dyson stand at the Mall of Antalya under customer number O70POS25. Because there wasn't a demo device at the stand, we didn't have the opportunity to try it; we only received it in a sealed box. The salesperson told us to buy the product without trying it out and that they could bring a sealed box from the warehouse. When we took the product home and turned it on, we noticed that it was making a lot of noise at high speed, which made it difficult for our baby to sleep. We used the product for less than an hour in total. We requested a refund, but Dyson stated that they only accept returns for purchases made through the app. However, we received the product in-store, without a demo device and without the opportunity to try it out. We were not informed of any return or exchange terms at the time of purchase or our return request. We were told that returns are only accepted in cases of malfunction. We also contacted customer service, but our return request was denied again. I demand that the product we purchased for ₺24,999 be remedied for this inconvenience we experienced because we did not have the chance to try it and there was no demo device in the store, and that the return of the product be accepted.
