Because my child has allergic asthma and bronchitis, I went to the Aqua Florya Dyson store and asked which Dyson air purifier would be best for me. The Dyson purifier humidify+cool formaldehyde model is recommended as the best option. I emphasized that all I wanted was for my child to sleep peacefully at night, and I bought it right away, trusting Dyson. I paid 23,000 ₺ and began using the machine immediately after returning home, reading the user manual, including in the room where my child sleeps. I bought it on November 9, 2023, and began using it the next day. I ran it nonstop for three days, but it did not humidify the air. My child is unable to sleep due to coughing. When I contacted Dyson, they stated that they were unable to accept a return. My 23,000 ₺ was thrown away. They will not accept the product I purchased three days ago, despite the fact that the store stated I had a month to return it. They will always persuade you until they make a sale, and then they will simply ignore you. This isn't my first purchase, but it certainly won't be my last. I refuse to forgive them. They violated my child's rights, and I will not forgive them for my money. If you had read the reviews before purchasing, you would have realized that you should not have purchased it. I'm going to contact the Consumer Rights Court as a lawyer.
