Dyson Has Shaken My Trust !!!

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Dyson regarding a faulty underarm attachment for my V15 Detect. On 04.11.2022, I purchased the aforementioned product, which I have been very satisfied with overall. However, approximately six months ago, (since 16.11.2023) I noticed a malfunction in the under seats attachment. Despite my repeated attempts to contact Dyson customer service and initiate a repair or replacement under the product's warranty, I have yet to receive any resolution. This delay has caused inconvenience and frustration, as I rely on this product -I use the Dyson every other day- As a loyal customer of Dyson, I expect prompt and efficient service when it comes to addressing product issues covered under warranty. However, the lack of response and delay in resolving this matter have fallen short of my expectations. Therefore, I kindly request that Dyson honors its warranty agreement and proceed with the replacement of the faulty under-seat attachment at the earliest convenience. I believe this is a reasonable request considering the product is still within the warranty period and the issue has been reported well within the timeframe. Please find attached copies of the purchase receipt and any other relevant documentation for your reference. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this matter.
