Dyson Refused to Replace Faulty Attachment on My V15S Vacuum Without Reason

Despite having no user-related damage, cracks, or misuse, Dyson is insisting on charging me for a replacement of a faulty attachment on my Dyson V15S vacuum, which I purchased on 10.12.2024. They provided no explanation for this decision. I was even told by customer service that the issue could be related to wear and tear, but the device was barely a few months old and used with great care. This kind of reasoning doesn't make sense for a premium product in this price range. The main issue here is that the company is not standing behind the product they sold. I have already submitted a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. However, I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to read the complaints beforehand. Dyson is not supporting the product after the sale, and this experience has been very disappointing.
