I would also like to share my disappointing story regarding my order for an underarm attachment for my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner. I placed the order over the phone on January 29, 2024, and for 7 months, there was no update on my order. every time I called, I was told that their stock had not been updated and that my order was delayed. However, I received no proactive communication about this delay. I had to wait until I inquired about the order myself. I find this delay unacceptable, especially when purchasing spare parts from a premium brand like Dyson. During this process, I also did not see any solution-oriented approach from Dyson. After this experience, I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing spare parts from Dyson. Unfortunately, it seems they are only interested in stalling their customers. I hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible and I will be able to receive my underarm attachment order.

"They sent it a bit late. I was happy because my problem was resolved. I hope I don't experience another issue with my machine; the resolution process was very troublesome and stressful. Would I buy products from this brand again? Of course not. Instead of resolving an issue when it arises, they make you go through a hassle. This brand is not worth buying. Nevertheless, I am happy that my problem was resolved. Thanks also to Şikayet.com. Thank you for publishing my complaint and contributing to speeding up the process 🙏."
