Dyson V15 Spare Part Issue, Underarm Attachment Order Pending for 7 Months!

I would also like to share my disappointing story regarding my order for an underarm attachment for my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner. I placed the order over the phone on January 29, 2024, and for 7 months, there was no update on my order. every time I called, I was told that their stock had not been updated and that my order was delayed. However, I received no proactive communication about this delay. I had to wait until I inquired about the order myself. I find this delay unacceptable, especially when purchasing spare parts from a premium brand like Dyson. During this process, I also did not see any solution-oriented approach from Dyson. After this experience, I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing spare parts from Dyson. Unfortunately, it seems they are only interested in stalling their customers. I hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible and I will be able to receive my underarm attachment order.
