Dyson Delayed My V15 Vacuum Attachment Replacement for Over a Month



About two months after purchasing the Dyson V15 vacuum, the attachment stopped working. When I contacted customer service, they were responsive and, after a video call, determined that a new attachment needed to be sent. However, they informed me that it was out of stock but would be restocked soon. They assured me that I would receive an update once the stock was available, but I have not heard anything since. It has now been a month since that conversation, yet the stock has not been updated, and the attachment has not been sent. I have followed up multiple times, but each time, I was told to wait without any clear timeline. I request that the replacement be sent as soon as possible. For those considering buying a Dyson, it may be worth looking into other brands.
