Dyson Delayed My V15 Vacuum Attachment Replacement for Over a Month
About two months after purchasing the Dyson V15 vacuum, the attachment stopped working. When I contacted customer servic...e, they were responsive and, after a video call, determined that a new attachment needed to be sent. However, they informed me that it was out of stock but would be restocked soon.
