Dyson Sent a Faulty Charger for My V15 Detect and Canceled the Replacement

I purchased the Dyson V15 Detect two months ago, and the charger adapter was defective straight from the box. I reached out to customer support, and they informed me that it might explode. They assured me they would send a replacement, but unfortunately, it was out of stock. After waiting a month, I received an email informing me that my request had been canceled. I reached out again yesterday, and now they inform me that the product has to be sent for service. It's quite disappointing that a brand such as Dyson chooses not to replace a defective product and instead opts for repairs. This experience has really put me in a difficult situation. I have no intention of considering Dyson in the future and would advise others to steer clear as well.

Thank you very much for getting back to me. I regrettably filed a complaint, and I hope you send me a new product. Because I could barely afford it and I don't want to use a repaired new product. I trust you, thank you.

So I no longer think the problem is with the adapter, because it makes noise when plugged into the vacuum cleaner. So I request you to send a new vacuum cleaner.
