Dyson V12 Vacuum Attachment for Cleaning Broke Under the Couch


I got the Dyson V12 vacuum, but the attachment for cleaning under the couch broke. I've been waiting for a replacement since October 27th. It's been two months, and they can't provide a new one because it's out of stock. I've been left stranded for two months, resorting to using a regular vacuum cleaner. Why doesn't a big company like this place an order before running out of stock and leave people in a bind? The spare parts supply is terrible. Before making a purchase, I'd recommend looking into other brands. Unfortunately, this site doesn't allow for more expressive language.

You give everyone the same response, you have no solution. I knew I would receive such an automatic reply.

It's been three weeks since I lodged my complaint, and I'm still waiting for the spare part.




We have been waiting for 6 months now and gave up all hope. This brand is clearly a scam..
