Dyson DC52 Allergy Sent Back Unrepaired And Arrived Broken




About a month ago, I sent my Dyson DC52 Allergy corded vacuum cleaner to the Florya service center in Istanbul via Kolay Gelsin cargo for a simple inspection. Before shipping, the serial number was verified through a video call, and the service was aware of this information. However, the service center returned my vacuum without performing any repairs, claiming that the serial number had been erased. Moreover, the product was poorly packaged during shipping and arrived broken. My vacuum, which was fully functional before, was returned both unchecked and damaged. I contacted customer service by phone, and a report was created under reference number 40070922. However, the proposed solution did not address the damage or my complaint, and no compensation was offered. Although the warranty period has expired, I was left with a completely nonfunctional vacuum due to negligence during the service and shipping process. I expect Dyson to replace my vacuum cleaner with a new one and to compensate me for the inconvenience I have experienced.

Did you call just to inform me that no help or support can be provided in any way? Unfortunately, you called me from the solution center only to tell me that nothing can be done, and it's very absurd that you responded here as if a solution was offered.
