Dyson DC37 Vacuum Cleaner Malfunctioned and I Can't Get Spare Parts or Support
A quick and effective solution cannot be offered for the malfunction of my approximately 8-year-old Dyson DC37 Vacuum Cleaner. The service directed by the company's Customer Services looks at the device and says that there are no spare parts, and directs me to purchase a new device. When I give feedback like this, Customer Services tells me that it needs to be looked at in a different location and asks me to move the device again. However, I cannot even find anyone who can tell me whether the spare parts are in stock or not.
Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Your satisfaction is very important to us. You can be assured that we will handle the matter with care. Our solution center representative will contact you as soon as possible to provide support. Best regards, Dyson Turkey
After I published my complaint, I received a response from Dyson Turkey (probably automated) stating that I would be contacted. However, no one has called or offered a meaningful solution yet. I hope it doesn't stay this way; I hope there is an intention to provide an answer. I hope not to close this complaint on a more negative note and continue to wait.
Hello, I want to continuously write about Dyson's negligence and keep everyone informed. As I mentioned in my previous message, no one has called to provide any information yet. Please (if you intend to) be aware of the After-Sales Services and that being an old customer does not mean anything when purchasing a product from Dyson.
I would like to share a tragicomic piece of information that I learned by calling Dyson Customer Service. According to what Customer Service conveyed, if I apply for the Retirement Campaign for my device, the discount is given based on the standard list price, not the current price, and to determine this discount rate, once they take my device, I cannot withdraw and get it back. In other words, it goes to scrap unconditionally, and the discount that will probably be given might result in a price higher than the current price. The more I delve into the topic, the more gaps and dissatisfaction emerge, and I will probably get tired of writing.
