Dyson Cannot Provide Spare Parts for My Vacuum and Air Purifier for Months
Dyson is unable to provide a solution regarding the spare parts for their products. For the past 7-8 months, the ring inside the dust container of my vertical vacuum cleaner has come out. I wanted to buy a new one, but there is no stock!!! I left a "notify me when it arrives" message, but there has been no response. I spoke with customer service. There is no solution. I am a victim!!!!! I experienced the same issue with my air purifier. I couldn't use it for 8 months. I finally got the filters after 8 months and restarted it. You are causing people to suffer!!!!!!!
