Dyson Customer Service Delaying V12 Repair, Promised Part Still Missing

I purchased my Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner from Media Markt in Nilüfer, Bursa, in March 2024. The tube part of the vacuum developed a problem, and I’ve been waiting for a replacement part since August 13. When I contacted Dyson customer service, I was informed that the part would be shipped from abroad, which would take some time. However, even after 21 days, no solution or update has been provided.

My product is still under warranty. I request that the replacement part be supplied immediately, or if that is not possible, that my vacuum cleaner be replaced with a new one. My invoice number is 17s2024000009469.

I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the delay I’ve experienced be addressed promptly.
