The Dyson Coanda Smooth X2 attachment broke, and it cannot be supplied. I paid thousands of lira for this product solely because of this attachment, and it broke on the second use. The authorized representatives are offering neither a refund nor a product replacement—nothing at all. There is no information on when this part will be back in stock in my country. How do you plan to resolve this issue for me? How can such a well-established company fail to provide a replacement attachment? Am I expected to wait an indefinite amount of time for stock?
