Dyson Vacuum Head Broke and No Stocked Parts

My Dyson vacuum cleaner's head broke down. I contacted customer service, and they assured me that they could send a replacement for around 2000 TL, and it was in stock, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days. Trusting their words, I made the payment and purchased it. It has been 10 days now, and the product hasn't been delivered yet. I called customer service again, only to find out that it's out of stock. Can you believe it? They sell vacuums for 20,000 TL, but they don't have spare parts in stock! We relied on the Dyson brand and bought the vacuum, and now we want to buy accessories, but they are also out of stock. Moreover, they haven't provided any clear information about when they will refund our money.
