Dyson Big Ball Absolute 2 Pipe Cracked - Warranty Issue

I purchased a Dyson Big Ball Absolute 2 vacuum cleaner from the Dyson store on Trendyol on 12.03.2026. During only the second time I used the device, the white part inside the pipe cracked and the pipe came off in my hand, which I find completely unacceptable for such a new and supposedly high-quality product. On 17.03.2026, I contacted Dyson customer service via video call and explained that the inner white part of the pipe had cracked and that the pipe had detached in my hand while vacuuming. Despite the product being almost brand new and the damage clearly occurring during normal household use, I was told that such cracks and breaks are considered user error. I absolutely do not accept this evaluation, because there is no misuse on my part, and it is not reasonable for the internal part of the pipe to crack during ordinary use in such a short time. My invoice is available, and the machine is also registered on the Dyson website. I request that the cracked part of the pipe be replaced free of charge under warranty and that this problem be resolved as soon as possible, as I am currently unable to use the product properly and feel aggrieved by being told it is a user error. If this issue is not resolved under warranty, I will also submit my application to the Consumer Arbitration Committee to seek my legal rights.
