Dyson Ignored My Request to Replace the Defective Airwrap Head for 2 Months

On January 21, 2025, I ordered Airwrap from the Dyson online store. I had a problem with one of the heads of the incoming device and I called Dyson and told them that there was a manufacturing defect, and they said they would provide a new head, but no action was taken although 2:30 months have passed since the process. I even followed up via email once in February, but still received no update. So I called again on March 26, 2025, and asked for another head, even if it was not the same head, but there was no solution to the issue and I stated that I would complain about this situation.
