I bought the Dyson Airwrap from their website, based on the fact that I could return it for any reason within 14 days. I only bought it because I thought I could send it back if I didn't like it. However, it didn't work for my hair. I gave it back within the time limit, and it's been two weeks now. No information is given, and when I email them, all they do is make promises that never come true. Since then, they have already taken out two payments from me. Even though I don't have the product, Dyson wants a huge12,500 as a gift. There is no other reason for this that I can think of. I demand a faster solution.
