Dyson Refused to Fix Faulty Airwrap Styler

I bought a Dyson Airwrap hair styling set from a store in Turkey exactly a month ago, but the heads wobble when styling my hair, making it difficult to achieve the desired look. It feels like the attachment might fall off any moment. When I reached out to Dyson customer service in Turkey, they said there would be no repairs, but if the head broke, they might consider replacing it. The product isn’t performing as it should—it's clearly defective. Despite this, Dyson offered no assistance. I’m frustrated that a high-end product from a reputable brand is failing and that their customer service is not providing the support I need.
