I recently purchased Duracell batteries, expecting high quality, but I was extremely disappointed. Just five minutes after inserting them into my device, a crackling noise started coming from the batteries. Concerned that it might damage my device, I immediately removed them. However, the noise continued intermittently even after removal.
I have always trusted Duracell and never used any other brand, but this is the first time I have experienced such an issue. Now, I cannot use these batteries, and I feel like I have wasted my money. I demand an explanation and a refund or replacement. A premium brand like Duracell should not have such defective products.
