This incident has caused significant damage to both my furniture and electronic equipment, completely eroding my trust in Duracell's quality and reliability. I expected better from a brand known for its supposed safety and durability.
I urge Duracell to address this issue immediately by compensating for the damages caused. This experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing, and I will not recommend the brand to anyone unless this matter is resolved promptly.
