Unauthorized Charge for Duolingo Premium, Refund Requested
I downloaded the Duolingo language app and was offered a 2-week free Premium trial. They assured me that I would be notified 2 days before the end of the 14-day period and that any paid membership would be initiated only with my consent. However, today, on August 20, 2024, without any prior notice or my approval, Duolingo started a paid membership and charged 839 TL from my account. I am requesting a refund for this unauthorized charge and would not recommend this misleading app to anyone. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect my money to be returned promptly.
