Dundle.com Charges for Three €50 Cash Cards but Delays Code Delivery

I purchased three €50 cash cards from Dundle.com using different email addresses, but none of the codes were delivered. The money was deducted from my account. They requested verification, and I completed all of it, but they still did not send the codes. They keep saying the verification process is ongoing and continue to delay the delivery. Even though I have sent multiple messages to customer service, I have not received any response. I request that this issue be resolved immediately.
