Paid €100 on Dundle, Received Error Message Instead of Code

I purchased a €100 voucher from the Dundle website. I received an SMS, approved the transaction, the payment went through, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. After being redirected back to the site, I received a meaningless error message saying something like “this transaction has already been used,” and the page started giving errors. There is no customer representative, no live support, and no one to contact. I sent all my bank account and SMS confirmation details to prove that the payment was deducted from my account. They claimed the voucher code would be sent instantly via SMS, but nothing was delivered. Late at night, approximately $92–$105 was taken from me. There are countless complaints about this company everywhere online, and it appears they do not resolve issues. I will pursue my rights to the fullest extent.
