Dundle Charges for Steam Card but Fails to Send Code

I purchased a Steam card from the Dundle website. The payment was completed, but I never received the code. I am requesting a refund. I contacted Google Pay, and they confirmed that the payment was successfully processed. I either want my Steam code delivered or a full refund of my money. Please take the necessary action as soon as possible. I have made many purchases from this site before, but this is the first time I have experienced an issue like this.
